Dr. Christopher Huff is known for his kind and relaxed nature. His emphasis on patient comfort and his dedication to continuing education enable him to provide patients with the best quality care. Dr. Huff has a wide range of experience in dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments.
Upon completing his education, Dr. Huff’s service in the Air Force landed him at the Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas providing dentistry for our service members. After completing his military service, Dr. Huff moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and continued his dental career providing care to families in a general dentistry practice. Dr. Huff and his wife then moved to Lafayette, Louisiana, his wife’s hometown, seizing the opportunity to run his own dental practice. It is there that he has provided comprehensive care for the last fourteen years.
Dr. Huff has two boys, Clay and Andrew, and has been married to his wife, Ann, for twenty-one years. They love hiking, camping, traveling and exploring the National Parks. They have also been trying to catch a Major League Baseball game at all the ball-parks in the country.
Dr. Huff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mississippi in 1997. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he graduated with his DMD degree in 2002. While in dental school he received the Health Professions Scholarship through the United States Air Force and went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Elgin Air Force Base, Florida.
Dr. Huff was awarded Fellowship status after completion of the Misch International Implant Institute surgical program. In 2008 Dr. Huff began attending the Kois Center, a post graduate institute for advanced dental education, and completed the curriculum in 2014. He went on to become a Mentor at the Kois Center, where he helps facilitate courses and instructs dentists from all over the world.
